Favorite Mopar Experience:
Brenda and I grew up in Western New York, (land of the salt and snow). We graduated in 1980, by then the “great” cars rotted-out gas guzzlers, just what teenagers could afford. A friend of mine had a red ’69 Roadrunner. I loved to ride in that car.
Anyway, fast forward marriage and kids and by the late 1980′s, the late ’60′s and early ’70′s cars were gone from NY. Car shows and summer weekends were your only chance of seeing a muscle car. We moved to TN in 1989. Seeing muscle cars driven daily rekindled the desire to get one. We bought the Charger when my daughter graduated in 2000. When my son graduated in 2003, we bought the Coronet.
