Happy New Year, everyone! Hope you had a great start. We’ll be resuming our normal club meetings at the Optimist Club (see navigation menu on side for directions) this Saturday, Jan. 17th from 8-10AM. We’ll be treated to club member Doug Eagan’s presentation of part 2 of Engine Talk.
Speaking of the club, did you know that club fee’s are due? That’s right, it’s January and we are collecting the $20 club fee. The fee covers the whole family and will pay your way all the way until 2010. Please make it to the meeting. If not, visit our Club Info page and fill out an application.
And remember, if you don’t pay your dues, you’ll have to hand wash all of the cars at our TVMC 2009 Car Show!
Kidding – but get those dues in!
Club member Bob Glover asked me to post this, thought you might be interested in watching!
Hello all;
This is a reminder that our December meeting and Annual TVMC Christmas party will be on SAT 13 December 2008 at 6:30 pm — 9:00 pm. The location will be Oh! Bryan’s Family Steakhouse – 2136 Highway 72 East. The club will pay for any meal up to $10.00 and any drink up to $1.79 for paid club members and immediate family. Anyone selecting a meal or drink above these agreed upon prices will have to pay the difference to Clif Broderick who will be paying the total bill. Feel free to bring visitors and prospective new members but their meals will not be covered by the club.

Busy, busy, busy – that’s seems to wrap up my life. Been awhile since I last posted, but I have some news to share. To keep me from rambling, I’ll list the news in bullet format:
Come join us this Saturday at the Optimist Club (see sidebar for directions) for our monthly meeting. This month, I’ll be showing a dvd called Mopar Madness that covers last year’s Mopar National show on the Barracuda tribute. We’ll also have random chit-chats as well as information pertaining to our Christmas dinner coming up in early December. Come join us, the fun starts at 8AM and goes to 10!
Just thought I would pop by and include a slideshow presentation of our 2008 TVMC Show & Go event. I apologize for taking so long uploading it to the site as I’ve been extremely busy the month of August.
Come join us this Saturday, August 16 for our monthly Mopar Meeting at the Optimist Club! You can find directions to the Optimist Club on our navigation menu to the side of this post.
We will have guest speaker John Vaughn at our meeting. He’s a retired Chrysler engineer who worked on the Wing Cars. If you have any Wing Car memorabilia (pictures, models, collectibles) then please bring them to the meeting!
